New Role with Customizable Access Rights for Non HR Recruiters (Employees and Business Partners)

We would like to offer more access rights to some of our Hiring Managers. For example, we would like to allow them to update the candidate status and chat with candidates directly.
Could you please create a new role for employees that need customizable access rights with their own level of access?
